Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. Within 7 days, the first night is charged.
Peak dates
For select holidays, free cancellation up to 14 days prior; 50% charged within 14 days.
No-shows
No-shows or same-day cancellations are charged in full.
Changes
Date changes subject to availability. Let us know early.
Groups
Group bookings of 5+ rooms follow group agreements.
Refund timing
Approved refunds processed promptly; banks may take 5-10 business days.
