Terms & Conditions 1. BOOKING AND PAYMENT • A deposit of 30% is required to confirm your reservation. • Full payment is due 14 days before arrival. • Accepted payment methods: Credit / Debit card, Bank transfer, PayPal, Cash on arrival. 2. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT • Check-in: 15:00 • Check-out: 10:00 • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. 3. HOUSE RULES • No smoking inside the property • Quiet hours (22:00 – 08:00) • Pool usage hours apply 4. DAMAGES AND LIABILITY • Guests are responsible for any damage. • Security deposit required. • Damage must be reported within 24 hours. • Security deposit: €0. 5. LIABILITY LIMITATIONS Nusa retreat: • Not liable for theft or loss of personal belongings. • Not responsible for circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).

• The pool is accessible from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily. Please shower before entering the pool.
• Please keep outdoor areas clean and tidy. Do not pick flowers or plants. Outdoor furniture should be returned to its original position.
• Please keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. No loud music or parties during quiet hours.
• Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Day visitors must leave by 10:00 PM. Please inform us if you expect any visitors.
• Familiarize yourself with fire exits and extinguisher locations. No open flames, candles, or barbecues on balconies. Emergency numbers are posted by the entrance.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Smoking

Smoking is not allowed.
